MKA U10s continued their fine run, remaining not only unbeaten but did not concede any goals in their 3 games. In their 1st game against West Herts they got off to a fairly slow start but soon settled into some good passing and moving to eventually run out 2:0 winners both goals coming in the 2nd half scored by Stephanie Potter & Charlie Pickering.
They started far better in their 2nd game against Rickmansworth and never looked like they would concede after a 1st half goal from Jessica Wood. Further pressure in the second half paid off with some fine team work as Jess netted two more goals.
The 3rd and toughest match saw MK put under some early pressure from a well organised Amersham team. But with some typically strong tackling and some better passing gave MK a first half goal scored by Jess. They continued the good work in the second half and despite a couple of scares Amelie King (player of the day) got MK's 2nd and so completed a fine 2:0 victory to finish the day.
Yet another fine performance from the team with some at times great link-up play gives the team a great base to work on and improve even further.
